Build an app with ChatGPT

1. Connect Maypop

1. Sign in at app.maypop.ai in your browser.
2. In ChatGPT’s settings, add a connector for Maypop with the URL https://api.app.maypop.ai/mcp.
3. Maypop opens and lists what ChatGPT may do — approve it.

2. Ask for an app

Use Maypop to build a flashcard app for my Spanish class. Students add cards and quiz each other, and it keeps score.

ChatGPT starts a Studio build and shows a card for the app with its cover, build progress, and a live preview you can expand and try. Open in Maypop continues there. If the Studio agent asks a question, ChatGPT asks you.

3. Change, share and publish

Keep talking: “Add a timed mode”, “Share it with my Spanish 2 group”, “Publish the latest changes”. The card follows every change.

4. Your library in ChatGPT

Ask “Open my Maypop apps” to browse the apps you made and the ones shared with you, and open one to use it right in ChatGPT, with your own data.
