Invite people
Section titled “Invite people”In Group settings → Members:
- By name or email: type into
Add people by name or email…and pressInvite. - By link: under
Invite link, pressGenerate invite linkand share it. Anyone who opens it can join.
How people join
Section titled “How people join”Under Settings, How people join is either:
Anyone with the link can join— the link lets people straight in, orApproval required— people with the link ask, and an admin approves. Someone declined can ask again the next day.
An invite link that no longer works says Invite link expired,
Invite link used up, or Group no longer exists.
The owner can promote members with Make admin and demote with
Make member. Admins and the owner can remove members below them. Anyone
can Leave group, and rejoin later with an invite link.
