Generate images, audio and video

maypop ai creates media files for your app — a thumbnail, background art, a sound loop, an intro clip — using your Maypop account. It does not need a connected app. Each command is one paid generation and writes one file; Models and costs lists the prices.

Images

Output must be .png. --size takes a preset or WIDTHxHEIGHT, and --tier quality spends more for a better image.

Audio

The extension picks the format: .mp3 or .wav.

Video

Fast video runs 4–15 seconds; --model quality goes up to 30. Resolution is 480p or 720p. Video can take several minutes — let it finish rather than starting another.

Good to know

Section titled “Good to know”
  • The CLI creates missing folders and will not overwrite a file unless you pass --force.
  • A failed request is not retried for you, so you are never billed twice by accident.
  • Inside an app, the same models are available at runtime through maypop.ai.
